Frequently Asked Questions


  • I charge a standard rate of 200.00 for a 1 hour session (50 minutes of therapy/10 minutes of record keeping/admin).

  • Family sessions (2 or more people) are 200.00 for a 1 hour session (50 minutes of therapy/10 minutes of record keeping/admin).

  • I also offer 90 minute sessions for 300.00 (80 minutes of therapy/10 minutes of record keeping/admin.


  • I currently do not offer direct billing. At the end of the session I provide client's with an invoice that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Many insurance companies accept Clinical Social Work services. Please check with your insurance provider that this service is covered prior to your first appointment.

Payment Methods

  • I accept cash, debit, credit and e-transfer payments.

Cancellation Policy 

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment time.

  • If you or a family member are experiencing Covid 19 symptoms the appointment may be changed from in-person to virtual.

  • Unless excused due to circumstances beyond your control (i.e. extreme weather, severe illness, an emergency, etc.) late cancellations (less than 48 hours) and no shows/missed appointments will be charged a $50 fee.


At this time I offer both in-person and virtual appointments (via zoom). All clients are required to complete a COVID screener at the beginning of each session. In-person appointments can be changed to virtual if you are experiencing any symptoms. Masks must be worn at all times by both the client and therapist in the clinic and throughout the session.  Efforts will be made to maintain social distancing within the clinic and counselling office.
